On the occasion of the Feast of the Assumption, we are invited to contemplate the hope that springs from Christ’s resurrection. In the face of the trials of our world—conflicts, injustices, suffering—faith calls us to recognize the seeds of life that God causes to grow at the heart of our daily lives.
Following in the footsteps of Mary, the first to participate fully in Christ’s resurrection, let us walk a path of trust, to bear witness to God’s love among the poorest and to become, wherever we live, builders of communion and hope.
On this feast of the Assumption, we also give thanks for the events that mark the life of our spiritual family: the national pilgrimage to Lourdes, the 30th anniversary of the Little Sisters’ presence in Madagascar, the commitment of ten members of the Fraternities in Fianarantsoa, as well as the preparation for our next General Chapter in 2027.
We wish you a very happy Feast of the Assumption, in the joy of the Risen Christ and the trust of Mary.
