Our mission in Dong Hoa, Vietnam
We accompany many local children in a joyful and fraternal spirit.
This year, we opened a catechism class for children from Catholic families at our school. This class is run by Sr Van (PSA) and 2 aspirants, Hanh and Cung.
To raise the children’s awareness of environmental protection, we offer various activities:
- Learning how to unfold small milk cartons for recycling
- Organising a painting competition about the environment
We run a youth group in the parish: everyone can express their emotions in this place of mutual listening, and try to understand others in depth.
In 2024, 20 young people received grants to help pay their school fees: congratulations and good luck to them all!
We also help the school caretaker with his illness.
We accompany a sick lady, who feels a great deal of joy and consolation when we visit her…
