Our mission in Dong Hoa, Vietnam
We accompany many local children in a joyful and fraternal spirit.
This year, we opened a catechism class for children from Catholic families at our school. This class is run by Sr Van (LSA) and 2 aspirants, Hanh and Cung.
To raise the children’s awareness of environmental protection, we offer various activities:
- Learning how to unfold small milk cartons for recycling
- Organising a painting competition about the environment
We run a youth group in the parish: everyone can express their emotions in this place of mutual listening, and try to understand others in a better way.
In 2024, 20 young people received grants to help pay their school fees: congratulations and good luck to them all!
We also help the school caretaker with his illness.
We accompany a sick lady, who feels a great deal of joy and consolation when we visit her…
